Coriander refers to the dried, near spherical seeds of the plant Coriandrum sativum, belonging to the family Umbelliferae. The seeds are about 3 - 5 mm long with colour varying from Bright Green to Dark Brown. The seeds are mostly used in the ground form in various curry powders.
